Poplar Point is an enclave of 51 custom homes bordering the banks of the South River and the protected waters of Church Creek while offering immediate access to Routes 50 and I-97. The community is comprised of 21 riparian waterfront homes and 30 non-waterfront homes.
The non-waterfront properties share a private marina facility with a marine support facility, kayak/canoe storage, pier for crabbing and fishing and 30 deep water boat slips that convey through property ownership. The community participates in an annual Summer picnic, Halloween party, and Holiday party.
